Ingredients
  

Oreo Truffles
  • 227 g brick cream cheese softened
  • 36 g OREO Cookies finely crushed
  • 340 g white candy melts
  • 340 g red candy melts
  • 1 g Valentine's Day sprinkles

  • Large Rimmed Baking Sheet

Method
 

  1. Cover large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. When done, mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
  2. Using a 1.5 tbsp cookie scooper, shape cream cheese mixture into balls and place on the baking sheet. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Melt the candy melts in two separate bowls according to package instructions.
  4. Dip the oreo balls in the white candy melts and place back on the parchment paper covered baking sheet. Drizzle with red melted candy and add sprinkles.
  5. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

These truffles can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Customize with different colored candy melts or sprinkles for other occasions.
