Method
- Place your cupcakes onto a large cutting board and create a heart shape with all of the cupcakes.
- If transporting, place a small amount of icing under each cupcake wrapper and press to secure.
- Place about 2/3 of a tub of white frosting into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe onto the top cupcakes.
- Mix deep pink color gels into 2/3 of a tub of frosting, place into a piping bag with a star tip, and pipe onto the cupcakes under the white.
- Mix red red color gels into the remaining frosting, place into a piping bag with a star tip, and pipe onto the cupcakes.
Notes
For a personal touch, you can use different shades of pink and red to create a gradient effect. Ensure cupcakes are securely placed to avoid accidents during transport.
