Ingredients
  

Strawberry Mojito
  • 60 g sliced strawberries about 2 large strawberries
  • 4 leaves fresh mint
  • 60 ml white rum
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar or to taste
  • 100 ml club soda enough to fill the glass

Method
 

  1. Place the strawberries, mint, rum, and sugar in a highball glass. Muddle until the strawberries have released their juices and the sugar has dissolved– about 30 seconds.
  2. Top with club soda and garnish with fresh mint and a sliced strawberry.
  3. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

Although fresh strawberries are best, frozen ones work in a pinch. Fresh mint is essential for flavor, but try basil or rosemary for a unique twist. Adjust sweetness with lime juice or bitters if needed.
