Method
- Combine the cake mix, cream cheese, vegetable oil, egg, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Beat well, until completely combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Cover and chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line several baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Use a small cookie scoop, and portion the dough out onto the lined baking sheets – placing each one 2” apart to allow for spreading.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes or until the cookies are set and the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For an extra touch, drizzle melted white chocolate over the cooled cookies before serving.
