Ingredients
  

Pudding Layer
  • 1 package cheesecake pudding 3.4 oz package
  • 240 ml milk cold
  • 240 ml Rumchata
  • 226 g Cool Whip 8 oz tub
  • 240 g graham cracker crumbs for layering
Garnish
  • Whipped cream optional
  • graham cracker crumbs optional
  • maraschino cherries optional

Method
 

  1. Whisk the cold milk and Rumchata into the pudding mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  3. Fill 2oz shot cups with ½-¾ tbsp graham cracker crumbs, followed by the pudding mixture. Chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  4. Garnish with whipped topping, graham cracker crumbs and maraschino cherries, if using. Enjoy!

These pudding shots can be prepared a day in advance, making them perfect for parties. Feel free to customize the garnish to suit your taste.
