Ingredients
  

Pudding Shots
  • 3.4 oz cheesecake pudding
  • 240 ml milk cold
  • 240 ml Rumchata
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs for garnish
  • 1 cup whipped cream for garnish
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries for garnish

Method
 

  1. Whisk the cold milk and Rumchata into the pudding mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  3. Fill 2oz shot cups with ½-¾ tbsp graham cracker crumbs, followed by the pudding mixture. Chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  4. Garnish with whipped topping, graham cracker crumbs and maraschino cherries, if using. Enjoy!

Notes

These shots can be prepared a day ahead and kept chilled until serving. Adjust the RumChata to your taste preference.
