Method
- Combine sugar, butter, brown sugar, milk, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, and food color in a large mixer bowl. Beat together until well combined.
- Add in the flour, mixing until just incorporated. Don’t over-mix as it will change the texture of the cookie dough.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips, crushed cookies, and jimmies until mixed throughout.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
Notes
If you are concerned about killing bacteria in the flour, you can either pour the flour onto a baking sheet & bake in a 350-degree oven for 5 minutes or place it on a microwave-safe plate & microwave for at least 1-2 minutes or until it reaches 160 degrees before adding to your dough mixture.
