Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 bottle Prosecco (or Champagne) chilled
  • 2 liter seltzer chilled
  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1.5 cups tequila
  • 1 cup triple sec
  • 0.5 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 limes thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup kosher salt

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher (or punch bowl or drink dispenser), add the seltzer and Prosecco.
  2. To a blender, add the frozen strawberries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth and pour into the pitcher. Top with fresh limes and strawberries. Stir to combine.
  3. Rim your glasses with a slice of lime and then dip them into salt. Add ice to your glasses, and fill them with the punch. Garnish with a slice of lime and fresh strawberry.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the Prosecco and tequila with sparkling water and non-alcoholic tequila. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
