Ingredients
  

Drink Base
  • 750 ml Prosecco (or Champagne) chilled
  • 2000 ml seltzer chilled
  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 375 ml tequila
  • 250 ml triple sec
  • 125 ml lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 units limes thinly sliced
  • 60 g kosher salt for rimming glasses

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher (or punch bowl or drink dispenser), add the seltzer and Prosecco.
  2. To a blender, add the frozen strawberries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth and pour into the pitcher.
  3. Top with fresh limes and strawberries. Stir to combine.
  4. Rim your glasses with a slice of lime and then dip them into salt. Add ice to your glasses, and fill them with the punch. Garnish with a slice of lime and fresh strawberry.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace the alcohol with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to taste.
