Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml melted Butter for brushing and flavor
  • 15 g Dijon Mustard adds tanginess
  • 5 tsp Worcestershire Sauce adds depth of flavor
  • 5 g Brown Sugar for a hint of sweetness
  • 15 g Poppy Seeds optional topping for crunch
  • 10 g Dried Minced Onion for added flavor
  • 12 units King's Hawaiian Dinner Rolls soft and sweet rolls
  • 255 g thin sliced Deli Ham can substitute with turkey or chicken
  • 227 g thin sliced Swiss Cheese can substitute with cheddar

  • 9x13-inch Baking Dish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally to make sandwiches. Remove the tops and set them aside.
  4. Place the bottom halves of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Layer the deli ham evenly over the rolls, then top with Swiss cheese.
  6. Place the tops of the rolls back onto the sandwiches.
  7. Brush or pour the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese has melted.
  9. Separate into individual sandwiches and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

These sliders are great for parties and can be made ahead of time. Just bake them before serving for a warm, gooey treat.
