Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 250 g sugar
  • 240 ml plain greek yogurt sub out
  • 120 ml vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 190 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
Cream Cheese Drizzle
  • 113 g cream cheese
  • 28 g butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 30 ml milk

Method
 

  1. Mix sugar, oil, greek yogurt, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add salt, baking powder and flour, mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in cereal.
  4. Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray.
  5. Pour batter into pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool on cooling rack.
  8. Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Add milk, beat until smooth.

Notes

This bread is perfect for breakfast or brunch. Feel free to substitute with any cereal of your choice for a different flavor.
