Method
- Mix sugar, oil, greek yogurt, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Add salt, baking powder and flour, mix until smooth.
- Fold in cereal.
- Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool on cooling rack.
- Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Add milk, beat until smooth.
