  • 4 pcs large flour tortillas
Cheesecake Filling
  • 227 g cream cheese, softened
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Filling
  • 240 g mixed fresh fruit (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)
  • 60 g chopped nuts (optional) optional
  • to taste cinnamon sugar (for sprinkling, optional) optional

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Spread a thin, even layer of the cheesecake mixture over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge.
  3. Slice larger fruits into thin pieces and scatter across the cream cheese layer.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped nuts evenly over the fruit if using.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly from one edge to the other.
  6. Slice each roll into 1–1.5 inch pieces or leave whole.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10–20 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, firm fruits, and avoid overfilling the tortillas. These roll-ups are perfect for a quick snack or a fun dessert option.
