Ingredients
  

Brownie Mix
  • 1 box brownie mix prepare as per package instructions
  • 2 item eggs amount may vary
  • 60 ml canola oil amount may vary
  • 60 ml water amount may vary
Cheesecake
  • 1 packet cream cheese 8 ounces
  • 67 g sugar white granulated
  • 1 item egg for cheesecake mixture
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract for flavor
  • 10 g sprinkles optional, for decoration

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare your brownie mix according to the package directions. Add the prepared brownie batter to your lightly greased baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture to the top of your brownie batter. Use a wooden skewer or toothpick to swirl the cream cheese mixture into the batter.
  5. Bake according to the package directions, adding an extra 4-5 minutes to compensate for the cream cheese layer.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before removing from the pan. Top with sprinkles for added color and fun.

Notes

Use a heart-shaped pan for a festive touch, but a 13x9-inch pan works just as well. Adjust the amount of eggs, oil, and water according to your brownie mix instructions.
