Ingredients
  

Mascarpone Cream
  • 227 g mascarpone cheese
  • 240 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • fresh strawberries, cherries, blackberries, raspberries and/or blueberries

Method
 

  1. Whip the mascarpone in a medium sized mixing bowl with an electric mixer.
  2. Add whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip until thickened.
  3. Rinse and dry berries.
  4. Layer berries and cream in single sized serving dishes.
  5. Serve immediately or cover each dish and refrigerate until serving.

Notes

For a personal touch, try using a mix of your favorite berries. This dish is best enjoyed fresh, but it can be refrigerated for a few hours if needed.
