Ingredients
  

Cream Mixture
  • 227 g mascarpone cheese 1- 8 ounce container
  • 240 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 500 g fresh strawberries, cherries, blackberries, raspberries and/or blueberries Use a mix of your favorite berries

Method
 

  1. Whip the mascarpone in a medium sized mixing bowl with an electric mixer.
  2. Add whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip until thickened.
  3. Rinse and dry berries.
  4. Layer berries and cream in single sized serving dishes.
  5. Serve immediately or cover each dish and refrigerate until serving.

Notes

Try using a variety of berries for a more colorful and flavorful dessert. You can prepare the cream mixture ahead of time and refrigerate it until you're ready to assemble the dish.
