Method
- Rinse the lobster tails with water and use sharp kitchen scissors to make cuts on the top through the shell. Take the tail out of the shell and place it on top of the shell.
- Mix the melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Pour the butter mixture over the top of the lobster, reserving a little for serving.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 F. Place tails in the basket.
- Air fry the lobster tails for 12 minutes.
Notes
Before serving, sprinkle the lobster tails with chopped dill and also drizzle with the remaining garlic butter. Best served hot or warm.
